New SAT score reporting policy and how it applies

So I'm a bit confused about the new policy. The concept is simple, just when it applies is a bit fuzzy. I'm a high school junior who plans on applying to some early entrance schools around December. I'm technically the class of 2010, but I'd leave high school a year early and would need to send a score report this year. Does this still mean the new rule doesn't apply?

Also, does the rule mean that if I apply my senior year (2009) but took the SAT in October 2007, I can still choose whether or not to send my October score?

Thanks!

you have to GRADUATE in the class of '10 for this rule to count.
if you are originally in '10 and decide to go to the 2009 class then sucks for you (jk)
but if you choose to stay in your grade, then you can choose whether or not to send scores that you've taken in the past (so if you screwed up Oct 2007, then you don't have to send it)

As long as you send your scores after March 2009 it applies. They don't care what class you are from. If you send it before that, then it wouldn't work.

EDIT: peachsnapple is wrong.
