Ok, so in the NSO packet, it says we need to return the "New Hoya Register Form" in a provided envelope. I've searched through all my forms, and I don't have this form or the envelope! I can't even find the provided envelope for the Immunization Form! Is this just me, or has this happened to other people as well? What should I do? MAJOR PANIC!!!! AAAAH

I think mine didnt come as well...

Phew... glad it's not only me. Perhaps they forgot to put them in everyone's packets???

No worries, Just go on line and fill out the NSO form. :)

But the New Hoya Register Form is not online!! :(

The New Hoya Register From was a trifolded document in the back..... No envelope for the immunization form for me, but you can print the form on line.

Hrm... the only folded things I got was the GOPOP brochure and "Student Employment at Georgetown University" brochure...

Btw, you know where I can find the New Hoya Register From online?

Put in code 5579 :)

haha... awesome, thanks!!

The letter on their has last year's information (class of '09, saturday the 27th...). Do you think that'll matter?

No... because if you look on the New Student Orientation Webpage it is listed as below.....They probably just haven't updated it. :)

New Hoya Register Application (required, Visit the Herff Jones Website to complete the process by June 27th. Enter 5579 as the school code.)

Hey, I checked out the New Hoya Register form online, and it seems to be for the class of 2009.

To the people who actually received one in their mailed packet, can you tell me when it's due? June 9?

Thanks

i filed out the New Hoya Register form, which i didn't get in my packet as well, online.

wait, but, its for 2009?! i totally missed that. im gng to go check again haha

If the New Hoya Register is the thing you need to send in a picture for and give them like 2 extracurricular ativities, your high echool, etc., don't worry about not sending your stuff in. I, like you, freaked out because I missed the deadline to submit my picture and info, only to realize that many of my classmates had not submitted the information. It's a yearbook type thing you may or may not get at the beginning of the year and nobody cares whether or not you are in it. The immunization forms are one thing, but do not worry about the New Hoya Register. I think I used mine to kill a bug and subsequently threw it in the trash...it's that useless.

Agreed. I never sent my info in, and all it was used for was... wait, where did I even put it?
