Ok well since SAT is harder, I might take the ACT to fulfill my dreams to get into my desired college.

Do colleges view SAT superior than ACT?

What shall I do to prep for the ACT to nail 35-36.

Thanks guys!

I can't help with getting there. But, they're about the same. There's no real distinction at this point.

It's really not a "easier-harder" thing. Just different testing styles. My advice is to take the ACT cold (don't give any college or high school codes) and see how you do. Then prep and retake as needed until you get your goal score. This is an advantage of the ACT, as all SAT scores are seen. With the ACT you report only your best score.

What books should I buy, I can spend about $200.

Is there a ACT in Summer or Early fall?

If you're planning on taking the ACT as your primary test or as surfj mentioned, summer. But if you're using it as a backup to the SAT, early fall.

I think the official ACT book ($20-40?) is all you need.

Do I need the others to ace the test. Im looking to make 34-36
