New to the forum and schedule questions

This is my first post and I hope im putting it in the right place and not doing something dumb but I have a question about senior year. I am not a slacker or someone who takes the easy way but I didn't take IB at my school, and didnt take a lot of AP's, and had a somewhat easy schedule in retrospect, so here is me, in school, in a nutshell:

325 student service learning hours,
Natl Honor Society Secretary,
English Honor Society,
Spanish Honor Society 10th grade,
Black Eyed Susan Book Club
Freshman of the year award winner
4.00 unweighted gpa,
4.59 weighted,
1 AP freshman, 1 Ap sophomore, 2AP junior year, set to take 2 senior year.
4 in US HISTORY, 3 IN NSL, 5 in BC Calc, 4 in LANG,
I am on varsity baseball and swimming teams,
209 on PSAT, 2250 on SAT (first and only try 780 writing, 760 reading, 710 math): I consider myself strongest in math despite it being my lowest score...
Took autotech 10th and 11th grade,
got an apprenticeship/internship at fitzgerald subaru hyundai as a mechanic in gaithersburg md.
student at Seneca Valley HS in montgomery county md.

I want to be an automotive engineer (undergrad in Mech Eng.) and am trying to learn all I can about cars as opposed to building up my knowledge of physical and chemical sciences. AP physics and chem are not offered at my school, but IB (double period) is. I am taking AP Literature and AP stat, weight training, and a 4 period internship to go to the dealership and work on cars. Is this schedule too weak or can it hold up because I am fulfilling my passion and dedicating myself to the career pathway i hope to travel upon.

I am currently looking at Clemson, Michigan-Ann Arbor, North Carolina-Charlotte, and Univ of Maryland. What are my chances based on this and is my senior schedule going to hurt me because of my lack of solid core subject classes?

Thanks,
