New US News grad rankings, including law

Well US News' 2006 rankings are out:
<a href="http://www.usnews.com/usnews/edu/grad/rankings/law/brief/lawrank_brief.php%5B/url%5D">http://www.usnews.com/usnews/edu/grad/rankings/law/brief/lawrank_brief.php</a></p>

For the second year in a row, the top of the stack is #1 Yale, #2 Harvard, #3 Stanford. Then the usual suspects--4Columbia,5 NYU , 6 Chicago. 7 Penn, 8 UMich-AA, 9 UVa, and 10 Northwestern round out the top 10.

Seem to be lots of changes though. Boston U is tied for #20 with George Washington and Fordham is at #27 with BC, William and Mary, UNC-CH, and U of Washington.

U of WA climbing up, wohoo! lol. :D

WOW, look at Loyola LA -- # 58 go ..???? Friars?

Suprised to see that USF and Santa Clara are not in the top 100, however that is determined.

I'm not sure what ranking in the world puts BU ahead of BC, but that's just me.

(Aries, opinionated as always.)

Wow U of I almost hit top 25. I'm impressed.

BU and GW were both tied for #20 last year, also. Not much of a change for them. Interestingly, though, WUSL was also tied for #24, but it dropped to #24. I'm pretty surprised by Fordham's ranking. Seems to me that urban schools are dominating law rankings.

city=law. country=shotgun? :D
