Dirty McGirty- Hey, did you get a letter of acceptance from the university before the letter from the Cinematic arts school? Where are you located?

Yea, I got my SC acceptance in the 3/5 wave and my CNTV thing was dated 3/13. I live in Kansas City.

The “big white envelope with the yellow stripe” is here, but my D is sleeping…

It was sent via Priority Mail and has no post date on the envelope. We are in Seattle, WA area.

The date on the admission letter is March 15, 2007.

To what program did your daughter apply to? (Annenberg, Arts and Sciences, etc...)

nothin in nor cal

I live in Orange County and I received my big envelope today...very pleasantly surprised, as I wasn't expecting it so soon. It was a nice confidence booster after being put on the WashU waitlist!

Hey, what were your stats like? And which school did you apply to?

D received the big envelope today. Letter dated March 10. We're on the east coast. Last week someone was asking if anyone had been accepted for the BFA Acting degree program yet - was that you asking, Accept? That's the program for which D has been accepted. Will your S or D be going for an Acting BFA also? If so, hope to meet you on the 7th. Best of luck to everyone whose letter hasn't yet arrived. Hope each one of you gets good news, and soon!

Nothing from SoCal :(

Oh sundays....

lol sundays are the only days we get to rest

ah i wish i can receive all the mail for next 2 weeks tomorrow!!! :(

haha i agree with stressed0ut..this waiting business has taken such a toll on my daily life

me too. I wish I could get all my letters tomorrow :( oh well. I guess it's good news that we havent heard back yet right? Atleast no rejections :)

I'm so paranoid right now. My friend found out from USC yesterday, as did someone else from Orange County up there ^^^. I'm at my dad's right now, so I can't check the mail. I can't ask my mom to do it either because our box requires a key... that I have. BAH!

no news is good news! haha

once i got into my number 3 school (UCSB) my stress level went way down

What's really doing it is that all of my friends have gotten letters from USC... except for me. And then I hear that the most "desirable" applicants are sent out in earlier waves...

diehldun i know exactly how you feel i swear like 10 people at my school have already gotten in, most of them friends, with scholarships lol. and here i am waiting and it's killing me, and a lot of them don't get it, they just say "oh you'll get in." and then half of the other people ask me every single day "did you get in?" it's so annoying. haha pmcharkins i got into UCSB too, what major? I'm pre-communications

i totally feel the same way ^^ 2 kids from my school (central jersey) were accepted in the first wave....and i've recieved so far a letter stating they will not be considering me for a scholarship...and one needing my midyear reports...does not look good at all - they only ask borderline students for midyear reports from what i can tell.

just gotta hang on until April 1st...=D
