<p>Got a friend who called yesterday and they said it's coming in the mail and dated or sent (not sure which) March 10. Mail is slow around here so she figures it should arrive today. She's an athelete so probably in a different catagory but maybe more stuff is coming out now.</p>

<p>Even though this is certainly true, I might expect the University to request MDY for students they are contemplating accepting for your reason exactly; however, they might also require it for borderline students, otherwise it would be stupid to request a document that would require further time to review if there were no hope of being accepted.</p>
<p>I wouldn't be shy about asking. Tell them USC is by far your first choice and could they please just give you a hint if you have something in the mail because stress is bad for you health...</p>
<p>nothing again today in mail. but daughter saw that she was excepted into honors program biology at ucsb. So at least some good news.</p>

<p>But the majority of USC acceptances do not go out until around April 1st! Really!</p>

<p>I called the admission office, they said that all the decisions will be out by April 1st.</p>
