Doughill, I wish your wife a full and speedy recovery.

But your post is not reassuring on two counts. First, you only repeat what we’ve heard over and over, a general "We’re looking at/working on everything. " It’s been a month and a half. Surely someone can come up with a better response than that by now. As notrichenough says, is it really asking too much to get some idea of what you’re working on and some idea of when things might start to get better?

Second, are we to understand that you are the only person tasked with fixing this trainwreck?

I received an update notice from ITunes about the CC app. So I updated. Ahem…all this did was create a link to THIS for,at (the one I access through Safari). Am I to really think this is an “update” of the application? Sorry fellas, not. Also, FYI, it does NOT rotate on my iPad.

If all I’m going to have via the app is the same “stuff” (I’m being polite) that I have here, I don’t NEED the app.

This is laughably pathetic at this point.

A month and a half and an almost unusable product half the time. Why do I feel like this wouldn’t fly in almost every other business?

I just tried to click on the notifications globe at the top right next to my name and it said I didn’t have permission to do that. I had to refresh. Then when I clicked on my bookmarks I got logged out then I got the GURU. Are they following these or should I be filing an official report of some sort?

Midhelper, hard to tell. On one hand, this has been going on for several days at least and people have been complaining vociferously. So you’d think they know about it. OTOH, the issue hasn’t been fixed and as far as I know the powers that be haven’t said a peep. Latest case in point: scroll up. doughill pops in to reassure us that he’s still here. And then promptly disappears again. That seems to be CC’S new M.O.
