<p>My daughter finished her OSU application yesterday. When she had a last minute question last night, she was able to use the online chat to ask a representative from the admissions office. This works amazingly well. What will they think of next? So nice to be able to get an answer to a question outside of the 9 to 5 day!</p>
<p>I'm not sure what area technically heads that up out of the admissions office, but I've heard a lot of people say they liked it.</p>
