<p>nope, it’s not! You can give it IF AND ONLY IF THE COLLEGE asks for it.
I’m in a lot of interesting EC’s.</p>

<p>If a college wants to verify that you were doing the activity or not after your application, they will contact you through email and they will give you a deadline to send your certificates.</p>

It’s clear bro. IIT is just top ranked university in India but UCB is one of the best university in world ( and especially for engineering). If u get selection in any top 25 US university then go for that, it will change ur life. ;-)</p>
