NJ higher education authority sent emails out today regarding TAG grants, requesting more information.

the link they provided doesn't work, it seems to be really slow, or just completely lost connection.

does this issue apply to anyone else other than me>

I got the same e mail but had no problem with the site.

i click on the link and it takes like forever to open and then i click register, and the connection gets lost.

The link worked for me, but it was extremely slow.

it’s really really slow for me too, and i think it slowed to the point where the connection eventually get lost -_-,

care to post the link here? maybe I have a wrong link

Yes I got it today too. Initially the link would not work, but eventually it began to work. It just took forever to register and put in the information that they were requesting. I finally got it done. Just keep clicking it and you’ll have to wait for it to load. If that doesnt work for you then call the number at the bottom tomorrow.

How was the information different than what was supplied to FAFSA already?

the link won’t even bother open up now… this sucks… i hope they will fix it soon

My link doesn’t work either. Can anyone tell me what are the questions that we have to answer on it? Or what’s it about?

THanks

link not working for me either

I got it on Thursday last week and i had no problem with the site it was quick and easy…

Did anyone log on the website after submitting the survey? Does the screen shows “Welcome XXX” and a big blue box about additional financial aid in the center? I didn’t submit mine, but when i log on, the survey disappeared. I just saw HESAA Welcomes You and some other links on the web.

New message is to download a page, fill the info, and fax to them because their website is disabled.

I got that email like that asking me to submit more info. Stuff like that could be fraudulent so I didn’t even bother.

I saw that too so I didn’t use their link in the email. I went to their main site through google and then on to submitting the required information. Don’t they already have this information?
