NJMS Programs

hey

my friend already got a telephone interview from rutgers two days ago and got scheduled today for an interview in the history department at TCNJ later in feb.

I have yet to find anything out yet, how bout you guys???

i already interviewed with tcnj at the biology department and now i got an interview at njms...

thats cool, yea I dont know why my friend chose history as a major, but anyway, I hope I get called soon

dun worry man, you will

i also applied TCNJ and njms but I havent heard anything yet

I received a phone interview with Dr. Shevlin.

How many out-of-state students are accepted to the program, since it favors NJ applicants?

dr.shevlin is the man!

Dr Shevlin is great! Im an out of stater accepted to program last yr. Regrading the interview w/ Dr. Shevlin, just relax and keep a gregarious dialogue otherwise he will just ask you to. I think his wife (Dr Shevlin #2 does interviews as well)

yeap...as long as your applying to medicine for the right reasons, you'll be alrite

i got called yesterday for tcnj 7 yr med. i'm going to interview with the math department

nice..........

i wanna apply there 2..but im from NY

that's fine, i believe tcnj doesn't have a preference as to your home state

got an interview

In last year's TCNJ/NJMS class, 10 NJ, 2 NY, 1 PA, 1 CA

TCNJ doesn't care about your homestate, but NJMS definitely prefers in-staters.

hey, what did you guys where for your departmental interview...I knew a suit is the standard at the med school interviews, but this type seems a little less formal

When I had the NJMS interview, it was in the doctor's office.

njms interview fer me is on the 22nd

do u know if they have sent all of the njms interview notifications yet? i have already had a phone interview with dr. shevlin, and am still waiting for notice on the second interview. also, im OOS, so does this have any negative bearing on my status?
