NMS Semifinalist Notification for Home Schoolers?

"NMSC will notify semifinalists through their schools and provide scholarship application materials explaining requirements to advance in the competition for National Merit Scholarships to be offered in 2013."

Does anyone know how NMSC contacts students who are home-schooled? Will the letter and other materials be automatically sent to my home, or do I need to call them to arrange for this?

They have been notified already. If you are in China, may be it takes time?

So it will go to students’ homes? And no, it won’t come to China; our mailing address is my aunt’s house in New Jersey because the Chinese postal system is so unreliable … I guess I’ll give her a call. Thanks!

Yes, it should be to NJ by now.

Umm I’m a Texas homeschooler and he hasn’t been notified yet.

Did you receive your test/answer booklet at home? I ask because my D, who was legally home schooled in our state last year, while taking 2 classes at the local HS, must’ve filled in the info for local school when taking test, because materials went to them, GC e-mails us to remind to take the SAT and send result to NMSC, etc. So it’s worth checking with your local HS in case of mix-up.
