I got something from St. Louis University saying the app was free and essay-less. They tried to make it sound special, but I just assumed they were trying to spike their app numbers so I trashed it.

Allegheny in PA. My son has gotten offers of free on-line apps from Ursinus, Alvernia, Albright, Central Penn (?), UVM, Northern Arizona University, Roanoke, Randolph-Macon, WVU, Bryant and some more that I can't think of. Seems pretty popular to offer free apps.

Here are the colleges I applied to for free with the Common App:
Guilford College
Centre College
Hamilton College
New College of Florida
Rhodes College
Trinity University (TX)
