No Honors?

Looking around CC, I find many students listing "all honors/AP" – throughout high school. This certainly isn't true of me.

I go to a smaller rural school, where there are no honors classes offered. Everyone is lumped in the same classes for freshman+sophomore years.

Is this going to hurt me when I apply to colleges?

We do have a total of about 5 AP classes, all of which I plan to take over Junior and Senior years.

Also, the school is really "pretentious." Our admins think we're a lot better and smarter than we really are. Looking at the school profile sent to colleges, you'd think we were a rich private school–except without actually having any strong class options.

This is the kind of thing your counselor should mention in his report on your application. You are usually judged in comparison with the classes offered at your school.
As long as your preform well on SATs and take advanced courses when offered, you shouldn't hurt too much from it
