<p>My friend is also waiting and we live in the bay area as well. Maybe the letters are sent out in bulk and the bay area hasn't been sent out yet? just speculation.</p>

<p>Nothing in northern NH yet! My youngest is still waiting. My older son got in off the waitlist 2 years ago. If you get waitlisted it is a whole new ball game people. Now is the time to bombard them with any achievements, scholastic,athletic...anything. Be nice to the admissions folk.Try to contact the same person and establish a relationship. That is how my son got off the waitlist.
Otherwise try to get excited about where you will be attending. Easy for me to say, but I remember too well crying ( in private) for my oldest disappointment.Have a good pity party for yourself and then move on.Try to think how lucky you are to be attending school and not in some foreign country getting shot.This seems to be your world right now, but later it will seem like just one of the little bumps we all get in life.

<p>i know a girl who heard a week ago that she got waitlisted, another girl who heard she was waitlisted saturday, a girl who got in monday and i got in tuesday and i know 2 more girls at my school who are still waiting. So i dont know much much method there is to the madness</p>

<p>I still haven't heard back either!! Two people from my school got rejected, one got waitlisted... and I'm still waiting :(</p>
<p>my friend's mom called yesterday to confirm that all the decisions had been mailed by the 24th (thats what she heard and as of yesterday she still hadn't gotten hers) and they said that they hadn't mailed everybodys by the 24th, so its possible theyre still deciding.</p>
