I am a senior at a college not a CC and have 6 classes left to go and I have exhausted my pell-grant and my loans are not going to cover me finishing. What are my options.
Without knowing anything about you besides what you mention here, there is no way to realistically tell you what your options are.
Are you saying you have exhausted the 12 terms of Pell Grant money…and you have borrowed the aggregate total for undergrads for Direct Loans?
If that is the case, your only option would be private loans with a parent co-signer. Is that a possibility?
Work, pay for 1 class, work, pay for second class, etc.
I think that @twoinanddone has a point: You do not need to graduate specifically one or two semesters from now. You could work for a while to build up some cash and then finish up.
I would talk to your college or university and see what they suggest. I would also ask them whether or not it is possible to take some of your last 6 classes from a community college and still graduate from the same original university.
You can also see whether parents or relatives are willing to loan you money or cosign private loans.
Can you graduate with a different major sooner? Think about that too.
Can you get a job at that university that has tuition benefits for one or two classes a term? If so, you could work while you finish up your studies.
