Hello everyone!
I was admitted into UC San Diego as an Undeclared major, but recently, I found that I wanted to become a registered nurse. Unfortunately, UCSD does not have a Nursing major and changing my college choice was out of the question. I changed my major to Human Biology, and I am not quite too sure of what classes I should take in order for me to fulfill Nursing pre-requisites and for me to be able to transfer to a school that does offer Nursing as a major. Also, I'm not sure if I have this transferring idea correct. My idea is that I'll try to fulfill some GEs and nursing pre reqs at UCSD and later, I'll be able to transfer so that I can graduate with a BS in Nursing. Please correct me if I'm wrong, and I appreciate any help and guidance! Thank you in advance!

I would look into the specific nursing programs that you would like to transfer into to see what their requirements are. I found this [Transfer Preparation - Nursing Major - UCLA Undergraduate Admissions](http://www.admissions.ucla.edu/prospect/adm_tr/nursmajs.htm) at UCLA as an example of the types of things that you could look for at different schools.
