Which universities/colleges don’t require SATs on their applications?

<p>Most let you choose between ACT or SAT. A lot of people think the SAT is favored but I haven't found that it makes much of a difference. I used the ACT and was still accepted to every school I applied.</p>

<p>Middlebury doesn't require the SAT I/ACT, but you must submit some form of standardized test such as SATII's/AP/IB exams. </p>

<p>From their website:</p>

<p>Candidates must submit standardized tests in at least three areas of study. The requirement may be met by submitting either the ACT; or the SAT I administered on or after March 12, 2005; or three exams in different areas of study which may be selected, mixed and matched from either the SAT IIs, APs or International Baccalaureate exams.</p>

<p>^Community college. Theres a lot of colleges out there. If you have at least a 2.5, im pretty sure theres a college for you.</p>

<p>Shimer College in Chicago, my alma mater, does not require standardized test scores or a specific GPA. Admissions decisions are made chiefly on the basis of an essay.</p>
