No Specific Colleges, Just Want Ranges for Speculation

Hey everyone. I'm a high school junior right now and I'm starting to look at colleges, but I want an idea of what tier schools I should be looking at. Right now I'm thinking of UChicago, CMU, Swarthmore, Wesleyan, NYU (Stern?), and BC. It would be awesome if you all could offer some insight into some colleges that might fit my resume.

GPA: 96 (my school doesn't use 4.0 scale), should be going down from junior year though...
PSAT: 201 sophomore year (no studying), expecting at least 220 this year
SAT II: 760 Math II
ECs: the usual clubs, freshman and jv sports (no varsity), active in church Youth Group-- I'm worried my EC's will be weaker than most
Course Load: Very demanding-- will be taking 4 AP tests this year (only three classes b/c econ is 2 tests), although not the most demanding my school offers (opted out of AP science last year)
Personality: I am an avid thinker... I like to research stuff on my own spontaneously when things interest me (Wikipedia is awesome). Psychology, philosophy, physics-- I'm hoping to demonstrate this side of me in my essay.

I know this isn't a lot to go on, but again, I'm not looking for specific colleges. It would definitely be appreciated if you could offer a range of colleges to help me in my search. Thanks in advance!

BC should be a match for you. I am unsure about the other schools on your list; I’ll let other posters weigh in on those.

Your stats should be close to all of those schools (in terms of admissions), it just depends what kind of campus environment you’re looking for. Wesleyan, UChicago and BC all have fairly different student bodies and atmospheres, so I would suggest visiting one or two and figuring out what kind of campus/school you’re looking for before looking into admissions potential :)
