<p>Looking over the cornell supplement, I don't see the essay asking why i chose cornell. I remember when my sister applied 3 years ago she had to write an essay like that.</p>
<p>on the commonapp supplement there is a section where you have to write an essay for the specific college you are applying to. Those are sort of like "why cornell" essays. I hope this helps?</p>
