<p>I recieved an email yesterday telling me this. I faxed in my form several weeks ago.</p>
<p>So I'm asking all of the second/third/fourth year CMU students (and anybody else who knows)- will this have consequences? I emailed the Health woman but won't hear but from her until Monday. I'm kind of worried.</p>
<p>you can get any required immunizations at orientation.</p>
<p>I assume you have most of them, so one or two more shouldn't be a problem.</p>
<p>it happened with me too. they just told me that you can get it done once u get to the campus, so it wont be a problem.</p>
<p>i got it...I was pretty sure I sent it in but I had it refilled and faxed over...I'll call for confirmation on monday</p>
<p>i got an email from Pat Svitko too saying that i was noncompliant. I sent diane dawson an email and she said that everything was fine. i guess they justh ave a computing error.</p>
