I'm reading into non-custodial parent information waivers because I'll have to fill out a ton of them next year. Some of them ask for verification from a third party. What are some examples of satisfactory third parties? My guidance counselor is out because I do to a distance learning school, she s/he doesn't know me. Any other ideas?

If your guidence councelor cant do it you can get a church type person to do it if you go to a church oor whatever but it would probably be better to get the councelor to do it with you explaining the situation before hand

you can get any official person to do it just tell them what to say

what about a teacher?

Well, the only thing is that I go to a distance learning school, so my teachers don’t really know me. I might be able to get it done by a teacher or counselor at my old school. I’ll have to go there for my application fee waivers, anyways.
