If a college requires the non-custodial parent info and the non-custodial parent has other children in separates colleges at once, does that maximize an applicant's chances of getting more aid since that particular parent's income is being divided? Does the NCP info ask about that information?

I will qualify this by saying that I have NEVER seen a NCP PROFILE. BUT the regular Profile does ask for the number of family members and the number of family members in college. One would think that the NCP Profile would do the same.

The NCP form includes other children in the NCP household who are in college. It also includes the student, so the student is in effect double-counted.

Oh okay I see. Thank you :-)
