Non-impacted majors that guarantee a well-paying ($50k+) job right after college?

I know computer science is a great major, but I'm looking for a major to apply to udergrad schools with that don't affect my admissions chances that still have great job outlooks. I don't have a particular interest as of the moment, but I need to decide a major (even if I might change it later) because it's application season. I've been considering CS (but I have no passion for it as of yet), Political Science (I've heard job prospects are bad, but I'm interested), Psychology (I love the subject, but jobs are low-paying I've heard), and Applied Mathematics (I'm good at math, but it's not my favorite)

How is finance or accounting? What qualifications does one need to succeed in this field and secure a job right after college?

Does anyone have any suggestions that I should look into that'll be worth four years of money and time? Thanks!

Maybe you can suggest schools also? Preferably CA. I have a 3.87 UW, 4.40 W GPA, a current 1940 SAT but I’m retaking in a week for a 2000+, a couple leadership positions, accomplishments in graphic design, some scattered volunteering, and good letters of recommendations.

I’m looking into UC Berkeley, USC, and of course, Stanford. I think I should invest most of my time in UCB since they have amazing programs for all of my interests (political science, computer science, business) and my chances are most realistic there.

At Berkeley, you can major in CS, Math, Political Science, and Psychology in the College of Letters and Science, where all freshmen enter undeclared, regardless of major put on the application. Of these majors, Psychology is currently capped, so you may have to maintain a higher GPA and apply to declare the major (the others can be declared after fulfilling the prerequisites).

The School of Business does not take freshman applicants; students need to apply during sophomore year to switch to the Business major.

Job and career prospects at graduation can be checked in the surveys here:

Finance and Acctg have definitely been impacted by the recession. For acctg you’d need top grades and charisma to spare to get a 50k + job out of college.

PS. Nothing is guaranteed

Getting a job with a bachelor’s in psychology is not easy - most require at least a master’s. I have a BA in psychology and am currently working as a human resources manager. The pay barely covers my student loan and car payment costs.
