Non-IOE Engineering Subjects?

I'm a second year IOE student at umich and was wondering what people had to say about the non-IOE engineering classes that an IOE guy is made to take. The courses I can choose from are:

EECS 280, EECS 283
CEE 265 or NERS 211
BIOMEDE 458 or EECS 270 or EECS 314
MATSCIE 220 or MECHENG 382
MECHENG 235 or CHE 230
MECHENG 211 or CEE 211 or MECHENG 240

I'm not really good with programming so I'm trying to avoid 280 and 283. How is MECHENG 240 specifically? Thank you for any input.

CEE 265 is a joke of a class but there’s an attendance portion to the grade and the class is incredibly boring. The other ones I took were EECS 270 and EECS 280 but I wouldn’t describe either of those as easy.

How easy was CEE 265? I’m debating on which engineering elective to take next semester with my Fluids and Thermo classes. Also considering NERS211, but I can’t find anything on the professor teaching it next semester (Katherine Jordan).

I usually never went to class, only would go to sign in and leave. Half-assed the homework, didn’t really study for the tests (maybe a few hours for each one), basically didn’t care at all, and I think I got an A- if I remember correctly. I never did NERS 211 so I don’t know how it compares.

Anyone taken Matscie 220 with brian love?
What about eecs 314?
