does penn have? thanks

What do you mean?

I don't think so

(substance=alcohol/drugs)

though I would think that there is more substance in places like the quad and hill

i think there's a substance free floor/residential program. Forgot where it is though.

Technically, by law they aren't supposed to be drinking or smoking it up...whats the point of a substance free floor then? cuz, by having one, Penn implying that sh!t happens in other dorms, so whatever, as long as it doesnt happen in the substance free floor they're fine with it.

yeah, though many schools have similar programs. At Georgetown it's called the Living Well floor. I guess they just see that although alcohol isn't allowed in underclass dorms, they know that people still break rules, so they provide environments for students who don't want to deal with it.

I think Penn's is called Health and something or something like that, lol.

Nope, I don't think Penn has one.

yeah, sorry about the misinformation. I was thinking of the Healthy Living residential program.

Least drinking is probably at King's Court

As a-bomb said, all dorms are supposed to be substance-free.

"Supposed to be" being the key words.

Supposed to be is the very key words.. most GA's are very cool and won't be intrusive.. we didnt have a problem all year. That was until last night, when we were dumb and had the door wide open.. GA on duty (not our GA) walked by, and said we hda to dump it all or get written up.. we dumped it.. but anyway, everything goes on in the dorms, and yes, KC probably has the least

and i heard that the healthy living dorms don't skimp on the substance!

but running away from substance isn't the answer. the answer is being around it and, if it doesn't float your boat, having the willpower not to partake and to put up with your wasted/heee friends.
