<p>I am what one may consider a "non traditional" student being that I am 26 years old. I sometimes hesitate to take part in school activities and neglect to get involved as much as I would sometimes like to because of my age. Is this justified? Does anyone else struggle with this, or think it is foolish even?</p>
<p>I am on the exec team of a student org and sometimes I wish we had an older student in our group. They often bring with them life experiences and wisdom that none of us have had and offer an interesting, different perspective on issues. </p>
<p>Does your school have things like commuter breakfasts or an off-campus student organization?</p>
