I’m looking into Northeastern for business, and am kinda hesitant on applying – not really sure what my chances are.

15/320 in my class
7 AP’s
I’m a white guy
I’ve done varsity tennis the last three years and JV cross country for two
VP of DECA, Founder and Co-Pres of Debate Club, Enviro Science Club
I volunteer to read the news on a radio program for the blind, but that’s pretty much it. Might do some more volunteer work this summer
Northeastern would be a low reach to high match for you. It wouldn’t be a wasted app by any means, but if you aren’t seriously interested and are looking for solid matches or safeties, Northeastern would not be one.
Your high WGPA and AP’s imply a rigorous schedule, which Northeastern likes a lot in my experience. Your test scores are on the lower side, which would be what would keep Northeastern as near a reach.

Like Peng said, if this is a school you are interested in then I would give it a shot!
I was admitted this year with a 3.6 UW and 30 ACT, so you never know!

Did you have good EC’s? @Mchichioco Also how was your essay? And the rigor of coursework?
ACT is definitely on the low end, but plenty of 29’s are admitted. EC’s are solid but not anything crazy, hard to know how good your grades are without context but seem good. I’d say low reach, but a solid candidate for NUin.
