Has anyone had a student accepted into the Northeastern program called IN PROGRAM (SHOULD BE CALLED OUT PROGRAM) where they are accepted but have to go to a campus in another country (England, Costa Rica, Australia, Greece) for their first fall semester? If so, please let me know how it turned out and if they thought it was quality education. Were they able to work in their major or did they just do lib arts courses? Did they fit in with the kids that started in Boston when they returned for classes in the spring? Are they responsible for their airfare to these countries? Any tips would be helpful.

you may want to post this in the Northeastern forum (click ‘Colleges’ on the left, then ‘N’ for Northeastern.)

I agree that you should go to the Northeastern forum, because this program has been discussed a lot there (just do a search for NUin). And I’ve never heard that students were required to go abroad-- I thought that it was just an option, otherwise they could just start in January at NU?

Edit: I guess this is the first year it is actually required.
