I have to choose between three of these colleges: Northeastern, Tulane, or IUB. The price is all similar so there is no big difference. I seriously do not know where to pick.
Weren’t you supposed to decide by 5/1?
What’s your major and what do you want in a college? Ask specific questions. Most of us don’t know anything about Northeastern or Tulane.
