Northeastern U Chances? Please!

I'm still a junior, but I fell in love with Northeastern University a few weeks ago when I visited. I want to major in International Relations and I would really like to know my chances of being accepted. Thank you in advance!

WEIGHTED GPA: 3.8. A- average
(An A in an AP class in my school is equivalent to a 4.6. The max number of AP courses we can take is 3, so the highest GPA a student can get is a 4.3 I believe. So I am not sure what kind of scale we are on haha)
SAT Writing: 650
SAT Reading: 620
SAT Math: 600

Honors Math: 1, 2
General Algebra II 3
Honors English 1,2
AP Language and Comp. 3
Honors History 2 APUSH 3
Honors Bio, Honors Chem.
3 Years of language
Music, art
*I go to a college prep school so the order in which we take our classes the the number of AP/Honors available is a little different. Besides language I am taking the most difficult classes offered.

Part time job all throughout high school.
Weekly service at my local children's hospital.
Vice President of Business Club

Thank you so much to anyone and everyone who replies to this!

NEU: Reach

As of right now, you’ll be fine for Northeastern. I know a lot of people who got in with much lower scores than you. But still, raise your gpa and your sat for your next two years of high school and you’ll probably get some sort of scholarship. Good luck!

So I suppose NEU was a reach for these people who got in with much less than a 1870 on the SAT…

Maybe you should try the ACT as well, and then you should aim for 30+.
