I've narrowed my choices down to Wisconsin-Madison and Northeastern, but somehow I can't decide which one to attend. I'm going to be a computer science major most likely. Which would be better for this major?
The largest thing toward choosing Northeastern is the Co-Op program, which is apparently the best in the nation. Is the Co-Op program as good as they say it is, especially for a computer science major?
Other than the Co-Op program, they are pretty much even...what should convince me to go to notheastern over wisconsin or vice-versa? Although I know most of you are going to vouch for Northeastern, try to answer as objectively as possible.

Thanks

I get the impression that the co-op really is that good. I was stuck between two schools too, and talked to a lot of people to help make my decision. Everyone said the co-op really was too good to pass up, and that they had had great experiences.

Are you from Wisconsin? Personally I think Boston is a lot more exciting, but I'm from around here, and the Red Sox are kind of my religion, so I'm biased. If you like the city, it makes the prospect of going to NU exciting.

I'm going into computer engineering, and I know NU is ranked well and going up in this area, though I don't know the difference for computer science, or much at all about Wisconsin. It is supposed to be a good program though, so if the two are comparable, decide on the campus and the area that you like best!
