Northwestern chance ED?

Currently a junior
GPA: 91.7/100 unweighted, my school doesn't do 4.0 gpa
Extracurricular: Decent and unique, might get an internship at a very large firm (Think Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch, etc)
SAT: below 2100, above 2000. I will retake, so just assume 2200 for the sake of this thread
Sat Bio: 750
Will take Math lvl 2
AP: 2 so far
I know my details are extremely vague, but i just want a rough estimate of my chances. I don't want anyone finding out who i am.
Also note that I come from a very competitive, prestigious public high school. Just an example, over 30 kids get into Cornell each year and many get into HYP.

Chancing has enough speculation. It won’t help with an assumed SAT score. You better get a real score and ask for chancing again.

No I’m gonna keep my thread just the way it is.

Pretend I never said my SAT score was below 2100, just go with 2200 or don’t comment at all thanks

Very little chance based on their profile, 26k applicants

Based on what you have shared, I would say that your chances are low. Your grades and test scores are on the low end. You need a hook of some kind and perhaps you have one but haven’t mentioned it – a sport, music, a passion for something that you spend alot of time on, etc. For example, I’ve seen low stats for people who have been accepted but they were active journalists and have a portfolio to share; or an actor/actress with a large body of theatre work. I’m sure sharing anything like that would let on who you are so I understand why you did not share it. The acceptance rate for ED was around 30% this year I think but it’s a pretty qualified pool.

if it helps, several people from my school get in with a 91 gpa no hooks ED. I am able to check my school’s database for numbers.

Your chances are iffy: you very well might get in, but I would definitely recommend having a Plan B.
Good luck!

thanks
