Anyone know whether the first wave was mostly rejections or acceptances?
I know some schools’ first waves are mostly acceptances followed by increasing numbers of rejections rejections in following waves, whereas others get their rejections out first and then do their acceptances afterwards. I’m wondering what it’s like for Northwestern. Hoping for the latter of course
I got accepted on Friday as a junior transfer. Applied as a cognitive science major from a T40 private university. College GPA 3.88, HS GPA 3.86, SAT 1520. I think I’m lucky to get in with my stats. Good luck to everyone!
Congrats, newly admitted transfers! This is Northwestern’s Transfer Student Organization (TSO). You did the hard part, and now it’s time for the fun part…choosing Northwestern! Northwestern already loves transfers, but we as an organization work to make the transition to NU as smooth as possible for you all. We host social events to meet other transfers, provide mentors, advocate for transfers on a university level, and more.
