I graduated from high school at the age of 16 but after that I went to a Community College instead. I just transferred to UCSD for their Communication and Economics programe not long ago. I have read that investment banks do not heir people who has been to a Community College, is that true?
What's my chances of getting into the field of investment banking if I was graduated with GPA 3.8-3.9 from UCSD (double majors)?
Does having an internship in one of the big four helps???

First, learn how to write and spell properly. No, a Big 4 internship will not help, and if you have to ask that question you do not know enough about IB to know you want to do that. Even with a 3.8-3.9 it’s going to be tough coming from UCSD. I’d look into boutiques in the area.

Big 4 internship does not help, having a high GPA (as you do) does indeed help. Coming from a non-target school certainly adds a layer of complexity to the mix, but it is far from impossible, especially if you are interested in IB and not specifically BB IB - in other words you are interested in IB, whether boutique, MM, or BB and not exclusively looking at BB shops.

That said, since you have already graduated and earned a bachelors (I am assuming this to be the case), you will most likely need to build some experience and pursue an MBA from a good school - without being a current undergrad student AND graduating from a non-target school, you will need an advanced degree and/or some experience to give you another shot at recruiting.

I’m just wondering why an internship with one of the Big Four firms wouldn’t help. Obviously they are on the consulting side vs banking but shouldn’t the accounting experience be a plus?
