Not being nervous during interviews

<p>I had my interview at SBU for the SBU/GW program last week. It went well except for one thing...i was extremely nervous and scared and i think this may have impacted my ability to answer the questions as well as I would have liked. I was wondering what you guys have done to get over your nervousness or how you stay confident or what tips you have for all the people who shake, quiver and stumble during interviews.</p>

<p>I have GW interview in about 2 weeks and I really need to over come this weakness.</p>

<p>just keep eye contact. they know you are naturally nervous. show confidence and don’t look at the ground or fidget with things. be poised.</p>

<p>Be yourself, do not be afraid to ask if question is not clear, do not pretend that you are someone else, do not pretend that you know everything, they are checking your personality more than anything else.</p>
