Right now I am attending a community college due to not doing so well in High School.. I graduated with 3.0, no AP courses and a only few honors courses (grew up with a learning disability... yada, yada, yada.

Right now at my community college I have a 3.27 GPA and 21 credits, after this semester my GPA will rise to at least a 3.3 (aiming for 3.5). I didn't know what I wanted to major in until this semester so most of my credits are in the Social Sciences. I have a good amount of community service hours (100+ hours), I coach a youth football team, played sports in HS, and I am a first generation college student in my family.

I am looking to transfer to either Northeastern University or American University and study finance.. do you think I have a good shot for either school? I am looking for some honest opinions

edit: oh, and you can ignore my high school stats, I don't need to send them since I will meet the credit requirements
