Having a late night conflict on which major to double in.
International Relations/Advertising (Minor in Economics)
Or
Economics/Advertising (Minor in International Relations)
I’m looking for something in the International Marketing/Advertising field but not sure which combo would be best at making me presentable.
Why do you need a second major?
I would look at people with double majors and wonder if they really were interested in the field I had a job to fill. I’d then go on to the next resume.
IR and International Marketing are completely unrelated majors.
IR/Econ (in either order) is taken seriously.
If you are an IR person ime advertising is going to get you nothing.
If you are an international marketing person go ahead and do advertising / Econ won’t matter.
Really, it just depends on what you want to do.
