<p>Does anyone have information about Notre Dame's Aerospace Engineering program, as far as rankings, reputation, research, etc.? I'm looking at that vs. Georgia Tech.</p>

<p>Go to Georgia Tech because it will give you more opportunities and it is top five. Notre Dame's engineering department is not worth the extra money. Do you think you might switch majors.</p>

<p>Those are two very different schools. Obviously, for AE, GT > ND. That 's not saying much since ND is not that strong in Engineering. But in truth, GT is AWESOME in all things Engineering. Aeropsace Engineering at GT is second only to MIT and equal to the likes of Caltech, Michigan and Stanford. However, those who love Notre Dame REALLY love it. It has cult status in certain quarters.</p>
