Notre Dame Subject Tests Urgent Help

I’ve taken only one subject test so far, 700 Bio, and I’m planning to retake bio and take Math 2 this November 7th. Since I’m applying REA, can I send my 700 Bio after the REA deadline and send it in WITH my other future scores (because I don’t want to send in my 700 if I get a higher score from the Nov 7th test)? I know that Notre Dame uses score choice and allows people to send in their scores by Nov 30th… BUT I don’t know if that applies strictly to the Nov 7th subject test or any subject test that you’ve taken previously. THANKS!

PS: For those who’re gonna say to call the college directly, well, they’re closed and I have until tomorrow to send it in.

BUMP! Urgent help please!

I know it’s probably too late, but my regional officer said that there was no guarantee for scores past November. It probably wouldn’t hurt to send your new scores anyways, especially if you ended up getting deferred, but I would personally send the scores you have now.

Sorry this is late as well, but you know ND does not require subject tests, don’t you? I have two kids currently there who did not submit any subject tests. What I would have done is not send them at all, and wait to see if the November 7 ones enhance your application and send those if they do. They could also wind up being a material addition to your application if you are deferred, provided you score well.

@ejcclc: totally right.

from the website:
“SAT Subject Tests, AP tests, and IB tests are not required and are only used in the application process if scores enhance an application”

I wouldn’t worry about it, honestly I don’t think anything short of a 750+ would be considered an enhancement… my year an 800 was only in the 75th percentile for Math II and 90th percentile for Physics. I.e. 1/4 of people aced math II, and 1/10th of people aced physics.
