Nov 5 2011 *Official SAT Thread*

LOL GUYS… I don’t remember ANY of the questions you guys are talking about… Hahaha I think they gave me SAT from last years… I’m dead serious, i didn’t take what you guys took

I didn’t have anything on the Grand Canyon… and I had an experimental reading section.

I’m also hoping the individual conforming to the group’s opinion reading section was the experimental. Didn’t finish it.

Did you guys have the track and field runner boy with the stupid dad??? please don’t say that was experimental x(

okay so the grand canyon and track and field were experimental…

I certainly am not blocking it out, I can remember a few distinct questions, such as the probability of a white and black sock, a passage about tectonic plates, essay question about whether we should help others when it does not directly affect us.

yeah theres more than one experimental out.
you either got the track and field or the grand canyon

I didn’t have either of those, but I had four reading sections.

Okay kill me… trans and field was my only good critical reading section… the other ones literally were horrible. i don’t like college board. they give stupid scientific passages that not everyone can understand and are definatly not INTERESTING to read during SATs. on the other hand, track and field passage was fun and i understood and did all of it… i hate collegeboard now

same here sgtsweet…
I had neither of those.
Did you have the one about tectonic plates, or no?

guys i had experimental math and i had the grand canyon passage…

yeah me too. :frowning:
the grand canyon was the only one i aced…the other two sections were really confusing to me

i had techtonic plates…

If we all had the same essay, there was no mistake in test booklets haha.
Essay should have been about helping others when you receive no direct benefit.

I’m extremely confused. 2 experimentals? Theres usually only three math sections right… So grand canyon experimental and math experimental? Weirdness

YAY reveriece, we got the same test
I thought that reading section was relatively easy compared to other SAT’s

okay so there was 3 experimentals…?
i think all the experimentals were easy. thats too bad

Don’t worry so much about experimental- none of us can know for sure. Just do questions; more effective that way. Well as effective as comparing answers after a test can be.

@nihility I’ve only been studying english for 2 years!! and I thought it was hard! Haha but the reason is obvious :P

i thought all the passages but track boy was hard…

Writing was very easy… (i guess cause im international, we are good with english corrections hahah thats all we hear.)

Math was descent- first math section was very easy

The student produced response section was literally half as hard as last time.
Math is always my lowest section, but I felt really confident on every one of those.

ok let me tell u all my cr passages:

Human/Animals Incentives

Japanese poet

Grand Canyon

Scientific Thinking- throwing the ball up in the air with arrows
