November 2008 SAT Subject Test: Math Level 2

Yeah, 740ish, +/-30 depending on how the curve actually goes.

Do you know the curve for the October test?

If I want to get a 700 or above, how many did I need to have gotten right?

I left 7 blank, and I know I got at least a few wrong for sure....

Depending on how many you got wrong, you probably got 700+

oh man, I got the |sinx| problem wrong... I guessed 2pi. I tried graphing it but it didn't work. Now I realize that I had set my calculator to degree mode. headdesk

@lolilaughed, you forgot to put up some other questions I posted...btw how many questions have we compiled so far?

^ Sorry, which ones did you post?

i'm feeling an 800!! yeah!

i blanked on about 4, and probably got around 5 wrong. what do you guys predict for my score?

Umm I guess you could look through my post history.

quicksand
what did YOU put for the box plots?

lolilaughed, what did YOU put for the box plots?

I think that the one with the undefined function is x=0 because it was smth like (x-5)/x*(x-5) so 1/x, then the only value for x could be 0

There was one problem with an angle and a ladder and the angle was between 70 and I believe. What was the answer to that one? I remember putting a 5.

I skipped the box plots b/c I ran out of time.

I put I and III, whichever letter that was

For the ladder one I think my answer was like 6.2 or somewhere around there

Yeah, thats it alright.

I think anything from ~3.5 to ~7.8 would work on that ladder one near the beginning, but 6.whatever was the only one in the range.

3.4 was there as a trap, just out of the range, and the other answers were pretty stupid and absurd.

I remember it being the second to last choice, because I tested the last choice and it was just outside off the range: 81-ish degrees.

I plugged in C first and then D. So yea it was D

does anyone recall the answer choices for the ladder problem? what do you guys think of the one where f(x) in undefined?
