15)

PLEASE FIX THE WRONG ANSWERS… SO WE CAN HAVE ONE SOLIDATED LIST

Does anyone know the exact wording of the question with “miscellany” as the answer?

pretty sure #2 is trepidation
what was #4, #10, #11, #12?? anyone remember Qs? or choices?

1) derivation
2) baleful-trepidation
3) posthumously
4) miscellany
5) feasible…monetary
6) confound…
7) something…abashed???
8) eclectic
9) languorous- langorous: a man being listless was the context.
10) neglible?
11) digression?
12) Distrust
13) Childish
14) quiescent…exacting. the court one. the judge or something’s life was far from ___; for her appeals she had to make _ preparations
15) unnerved…rude
16) renegade
17) Sequestered…was there a second blank?

@shibalsat, how do you know that was the experimental section?

And can anyone confirm that the one about: “A dark crease to show the dainty fold of a leaf. The flower’s flaws—its unevenness; the unnatural cast of attempted shading—needle her.” which asked about the best meaning for cast? I put “tinge” because it mostly focused on the shading and the “tinge” of the stem, not as what other people previously mentioned as the “bent” shape of the flower. I don’t even see an explicit reference to the proper shape at all, just an “unevenness” due to “attempted shading”

Is this cast one experimental… because I do not remember that question at all. What passage was it from?

@theshadowunicorn: I don’t think we can reach a general consensus on that question.

For all we know, it could be stamp too (found this definition off dictionary.com; a peculiar or distinctive impression or mark).

Oh yes I remember now. I put stamp.

for 15, it was unnerved and rude.
for 6, it was only confound.
you can add 16) renegade, 17) merciful(?), transgress

^It was leniency…transgression.

does anyone remember something…sequester?

@fmpak93: Yes, sequestered was one of the answers. Something about a disease and a doctor and her team trying to prevent the spread of it.

Was the bat one experimental? And what were the other choices for the flamingo question?

Yo is flexible for sure the answer for the sentence completion about the woman who was uncompromising? I also had reciprocity.

The exp wasn’t the one about the piano and the environment. I had math exp and both of those passages. I actually laughed at the global warming second passage because I just finished the book that the passage is from. It’s Cool It by Bjorn Lomborg. This is the second time I have recognized a passage from a book I’ve read…

Echolocation is not experimental.

The flamingo question was the answer with color in it. Definitely. 100% positive.

The bat one isn’t experimental either. I also had that passage.
