<p>@jkjk0202, a correction to your previous post, there can be ENDLESS points in the shaded region and the 4 points you took (1,1), (-1,1), (2,4), (-2,4) are not even in the shaded region, they’re on the parabola. The possible values of X are from (-2) to (2) INCLUDED IF you include the boundaries, NOT IF you consider only the shaded region, so III is true. The only answers with III were: I, II and III; II and III; I is obviously false, so the only answer choice is II and III.</p>
