Novemeber SAT scores for Early Decision.

I would be taking my SAT in October and the scores would come out by October 25. The problem is that I would be taking subject tests in November SAT. I want to apply Cornell ED for which deadline is November 1. The November SAT scores would be out by November 25. So will my scores be considered?

You should become acquainted with each of your target school’s deadlines. This isn’t something to be guessed at, nor difficult to find on their webpages

As a physics major, I assume you’re applying to A&S, meaning you’re required to take two subject tests. According to the website, November test scores MAY be received by the time they review your application, but there is no guarantee that they will be. If I were you, I’d apply RD and avoid the gamble.
