Now that ED 1 Decisions came out... Chance me at ED 2 for Vanderbilt?

Internship/Job: 4 Week internship at Tufts Medical Center before junior year and an 8 week internship at UMass Medical School this past summer. I also did a Boston Leadership Institute Biomedical and Surgical Research Camp
Community Service: 180 Hours (20 in an orphanage in India)
Awards: Headmaster’s List, AP Scholar with Distinction (or Honors, forgot which one), $10,000 community service award (Donated $7,500 of it to Habitat for Humanity)

Now that ED 1 decisions are out, could anyone shed some light on how I would do? I really really really loved Vanderbilt when I visited. Thank you so much!!!

You’re probably in. Good scores & ECs, and while the only “decent” essays would worry me a little, you can still turn that around (unless you already submitted your app). Good luck.

Where was your ED1

@ClarinetDad16 My ED 1 was Duke
@gormar099 Yeah, I’ve been working on my essay a lot more, as that is the reason I didn’t get into Duke I think. I’m gonna perfect it before I send it in to Vandy.
