<p>so let’s say we get TAG approved. How does our UC application and TAG application “link up” so the school we TAGGED to knows that we got approved when we submit our UC application?

<p>there is a section on the University of California application that asks you if you have applied (or in some cases, like UCSC, been approved) for TAG.</p>

<p>thanks for the reply paint. i noticed ucsb and other schools didn’t have the option that ucsc tag option. so…if a student that didnt tag indicates that he tagged to ucsc on the uc application, how would the school know if he’s lying or not? do they dig up the tag applications that has his name to verify or something? lol thanks everyone.</p>

<p>@anythinggoes, I totally agreee. I have to begin registration pretty soon and if my TAG is rejected I have to plan for CSUs. I mean, if I don’t have to take a speech class, I certainly will not. </p>
