<p>I am kind confused with the Activities section on Common App because there is no further illustration on what types of activities applicants can put on this section.Can I put National Student Leadership Conference under this section?</p>

<p>Absolutely anything you do outside the classroom that is important to you can be listed. It’s meant to be a place to show what occupies your time other than school. Most teens are primarily engaged in school clubs and activities, but the possible range of activities goes way beyond those. You are free to report hobbies, family obligations, health concerns that take up your time, or even a really long commute. Certainly NSLC is appropriate.</p>
