Nuclear Engineering or Plasma Physics to work on Nuclear Fusion?

Am currently majoring in Nuclear Engineering as an undergrad. I will probably get a masters in it too. Someday, I want to do research on Inertial Confinement Fusion (Like at the National Ignition Facility) and am unsure of what sort of PhD program to pursue. Should I look into nuclear engineering programs or go for something in plasma physics?

You will get much better answers from your NE academic adviser and/or profs than from anonymous posters here.
